This Privacy Policy explains what information MUSCLECART (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you shop on this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and to any order placed through it.

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly to us, such as your name and shipping address at checkout, and information generated by your use of the store, such as the contents of your shopping cart.

When you complete checkout, you provide:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Shipping address (street, apartment/suite, city, state, ZIP code, and country)

We ask only for what is needed to ship your order and follow up about it. Checkout does not ask for a date of birth, gender, company name, a second phone number, a billing address, a password, or any marketing preference, and no account is created.

Alongside what you provide, we keep a record of the order itself: the products, variants, and quantities purchased, the price charged for each, any discount applied, the order total, and the cryptocurrency asset, network, and receiving address used for payment. If your payment method produces a transaction reference or hash, we may keep it to match your payment to your order. We do not collect your wallet's private keys, seed phrase, or any other wallet credential, and have no way to access them.

We use the information described above only to:

• process and prepare your order for shipment
• communicate with you about your order, such as confirmations or shipping updates
• respond to customer support requests
• help prevent fraud, abuse, or other transactional security issues

We do not use your information for advertising, do not build marketing or behavioral profiles, and do not sell or rent it to data brokers or any other third party.

Your shipping address and order contents are used to prepare, pack, and ship your order. As of this policy, order fulfillment is handled without sharing your information with a third-party carrier or warehouse platform; if that changes, we will share only what is necessary to deliver your package and will update this policy.

We use the email address and phone number you provide only to contact you about the order you placed — for example, to confirm details, share shipping updates, or respond to a support question. We do not send marketing emails or text messages, and checkout does not include a newsletter or SMS sign-up.

This store accepts cryptocurrency only. We do not collect credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account details, or any other card-network payment information, and there is no third-party card processor or payment gateway involved in checkout.

Payments are sent directly to a merchant-controlled wallet address on the blockchain network you select. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on their respective public blockchain (for example, the Bitcoin network or the network underlying a given token) and are visible to anyone who looks up that network's public ledger — they are not private or anonymous, and we have no ability to hide, remove, or reverse a transaction once it has been broadcast. We see only the public receiving address and the transaction activity associated with it; we do not have access to your wallet, your private keys, or any exchange account you used to fund it.

This store does not use cookies. It stores a small amount of information directly in your browser (“local storage”) to remember the contents of your cart and any discount code you've applied, so your cart persists if you reload the page or return later. This information stays on your device, is not automatically sent to us, and is removed if you clear your browser's site data. It does not include your name, contact details, or shipping address.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or any other tracking technology on this site. We do not build a browsing profile of visitors, and no visitor or order data is shared with an advertising network.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer or order information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes. We may disclose information where required by law — for example, in response to a valid legal request — or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the store, our customers, or others.

As of this policy, we do not share customer or order information with any third-party service provider beyond what is required to operate the website itself. If that changes — for example, if we begin using a shipping carrier, fulfillment partner, or support platform — we will update this section to name the categories of providers involved and limit what they can do with your information.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you provide. This site is served over HTTPS in production, so information submitted at checkout is encrypted in transit. No online store can guarantee perfect security, however, and information is provided at your own risk.

We keep order and customer information only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, respond to related support requests, and meet any legal or accounting obligations that apply to us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you — for example, the right to request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This store is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@musclecart.org and we will remove it.

Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States (see our Shipping page), and prices are shown in U.S. dollars. If you are visiting from outside the United States, any information you provide will be handled in the United States under US jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if the store's data practices change. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated policy.
